The current work aims to investigate elasto-thermodiffusive wave propagation in a homogeneous, isotropic, and thermally conducting excited semiconductor medium. two-temperature theory is utilized the context of linear photo-thermoelasticity (PTE) semiconductors. Thermal elastic memories found equations for heat, motion, charge carrier field are taken into account. governing applied according mass-diffusion transport processes one dimension (1D), under influence optoelectronics with non-Gaussian laser pulse. Laplace transforms dimensionless quantities obtain analytical solutions main during thermoelastic (TD) electronic (ED) deformation. numerical approximations primary relevant relations done inverse time domain observe exact expressions physical some boundary surface conditions. parameters silicon (Si) material used computational results. According difference thermal parameters, fields obtained graphically results discussed analyzed theoretically.
